AMBA membership rates
Effective September 1, 2026. Rates are set annually by the Board of Directors.
Membership is bought by the company. You pick a band based on how many people you want covered, and every person you name is a full member. Dues are payable within thirty days of billing and the membership year runs September 1 to August 31.
Company Bands
One invoice, one renewal date. The band does not change when you hire mid-year, so name more people than you expect to attend.
| Band | People Covered | Annual Dues |
|---|---|---|
| Regular Member (up to 5) | Up to 5 Individuals | $300 |
| Regular Member (6-10) | Up to 10 Individuals | $575 |
| Regular Member (11-20) | Up to 20 Individuals | $960 |
| Regular Member (21-50) | Up to 50 Individuals | $1,800 |
| Regular Member - Non-Profit (up to 5) | Up to 5 Individuals | $150 |
| Affiliate Member (up to 5) | Up to 5 Individuals | $225 |
| Affiliate Member - Non-Profit (up to 5) | Up to 5 Individuals | $115 |
| Individual | 1 Membership | $100 |
Dues of members admitted during the year are prorated. A portion of dues is not deductible as a business expense because AMBA engages in legislative advocacy; the current percentage appears on your invoice.

How billing works
- Apply. The Board of Directors votes on eligibility at a regular or special meeting; a majority carries.
- Get the notice. If you are eligible, notice of admission is sent with a statement of dues.
- Pay within thirty days. Payment is acceptance of membership. An application that goes unpaid past thirty days is void.
- Rename at renewal. Every August you confirm the band and the named seats for the coming year. Renewal is September 1.
A member whose dues are unpaid after the due date loses voting privileges and discounts. After a further thirty days the membership is dropped from the rolls and reinstatement is at the discretion of the Board.
