What membership includes
Every person your company names is a full member. That means nine membership meetings a year, the Monday briefing, a listing in the member directory, member pricing on the Bootcamp and every event, and eligibility to sit on any committee, including Legislative Affairs.
Members attend virtually at no charge. In-person meetings and every other AMBA event are discounted for members.
Included with every named seat
Nine meetings a year
A directory listing
Representation at three levels
The Monday briefing
Committee eligibility
Member rates on everything else
The career board
The canon of ethics
Your membership stays yours
Change firms and you keep the membership. Your new company can pick the seat up, or you carry it yourself until it does.
This industry moves people between shops more than most. A professional record that resets every time somebody changes a business card is not a professional record.
Membership classes
Regular. Companies engaged in originating, selling, or servicing real estate mortgage loans, with an office in or verifiable business in Alaska.
Affiliate. Companies that serve mortgage lenders without originating: title, mortgage insurance, appraisal, technology, legal.
Individual. A person at an eligible company that is not already a member.
Non-Profit Agency. 501(c)(3) organizations otherwise qualifying, at a reduced rate.
Pick a band
Bands are set by how many people you want covered. One invoice a year, one renewal date, and it does not change when you hire.
